• about 83PZZLS

  83PZZLS are the best 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle in town. A beautiful culture rich design brought to life on the best material with amazing interlocking is what 83PZZLS is.

• about the team behind 83PZZLS Working 24x7 behind 83PZZLS is a brother-sister duo of ADITYA & KAVITA. They know how to make a good jigsaw puzzle and they want you to give it a try. KAVITA has spent more than a decade in IT industry and found puzzles as the best way to de-stress after a hectic week. ADITYA is an annoying brother who does weird things sincerely.

• about the puzzle box contents

  Each 83PZZLS box contains 1 puzzle (in a packet) and 2 puzzle posters. We recommend reusing the puzzle packet and puzzle box for storage.

• the time taken from start to finish and the difficulty levels

  Time taken varies by difficulty level of the puzzle and the way you sort the pieces. Usually a 1000 pieces puzzle takes an average of 15 hours to finish. Our difficulty levels are (in decreasing order): Jungle Games >>> Kathputli > Awwrchestra > Sawaari > Bharatnatyam

• about the recommended age group for 83PZZLS

  83PZZLS are for anyone older than 14 years in age.

• how to order and pay?

  We are taking prepaid orders on whatsapp where you can securely pay via UPI, Credit cards or Debit cards. We use the trusted ICICI Bank & Razorpay to process the payments. Click on the product price and place the order on whatsapp. We will share the tracking number when it ships and the invoice when it is delivered, in the same chat.

• about the shipping?

  We provide Free Shipping in India via Bluedart, and the usual delivery time is 4-7 days. Presently, we don't ship internationally. However, if you really want our puzzles outside of India, please write to us on [email protected] and we will get back to you.

• about the cancellations, returns and replacements

  Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Incorrect shipments will be taken care off in the best possible way. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Please refer to our policies here.

• if I can place an order as a gift?

  Yes, definitely. Puzzles are considered as one of the best gifts and with 83PZZLS you are not just gifting a puzzle, you are gifting an amazing puzzle that can be framed as a 35 inch wall painting once finished.Kindly mention that it is a gift while placing an order.

• if it is common for a puzzle to be missing a piece?

  Our production process is very tightly looped making it extremely extremely extremely rare for it to be missing a piece. Almost all the time puzzle pieces get displaced on the carpet or under a chair-sofa-couch-bed. Please treat the pieces carefully and pick them up immediately when they fall. Still if you are in the rarest of rare scenario where there was a missing piece in the factory-packed puzzle, report it to us on whatsapp/email with your order ID within 48 hours of delivery and we will take care of it in the best way possible.

• about any product caution

  Keep the puzzle and its contents away from infants, water, moisture and pets.

• if I can frame the puzzle as a wall painting

  Yes, you can frame it, very easily. Get a sturdy wall frame from your local market (ask for acrylic sheet instead of glass) with a minimum 700mm x 500mm visible area, 2 wall hooks, cardboard back and metal clamps. No glue is required, just make sure you get a sturdy frame and place it on a good wall with good hooks as it is heavy.

• if I can place a bulk order for my employees and get a GST invoice?

  Yes we take bulk orders and provide a GST invoice. You can mention that at the time of placing the order.

• will you keep spamming my number, if I place an order via Whatsapp ?

  We are not the annoying telemarketers.

• if i have received a defective or incorrect puzzle?

  Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have received a defective or incorrect puzzle, reach out to us immediately on Whatsapp , or drop an email at [email protected] within 24 hours.

• if you are not reachable on website or Whatsapp ?

  In case of any technical issue and you’re unable to find us, don’t worry. We will reach out to all pending orders & provide an alternate contact information.
